Summer Workshop Registration Form

to Robert Compton Pottery. This payment ensures that we
hold your space.
Balance of cost will be due on arrival to the workshop.
Most sessions are designed for intermediate skill
levels. If you have never taken a workshop with us before, give us a call
before sending in your registration, so we can discuss any questions you may have.
We look forward to speaking with you. We make every effort to get the best match of
participant & workshop topic.
Arrival:
Participants should plan to
arrive the afternoon/evening before the workshop. We will serve a dinner at 7pm, for
all participants. By coming a day ahead, you will have time to settle into the bunk
room, bedroom, set up a tent or register at the local bed and breakfast where you have
reserved a room. The workshop will begin at 9am the next morning.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund
if workshop is cancelled.
Full refund if participant withdraws more than 60 days
prior to the workshop.
If the workshop participant cancels within 60 days of the
workshop a full refund will be made ONLY if cancelled space can be filled from the waiting
list, otherwise 50% of the workshop fee will be refunded.

Release Form-Disclaimer:
In signing this registration form, I am aware of a
certain amount of risk of injury to me regardless of the precautions taken by Robert
Compton & Christine Homer. In consideration of their agreement to allow me to
participate in this workshop, and with full knowledge and understanding that such
workshops involve risk of injury to me, I hereby release Robert Compton and Christine
Homer from any claims or causes of action, which I may have against them for any injuries
suffered by me while participating in the workshop.

Regarding meals at the pottery:
All meals, including dinner the evening before the workshop through lunch
the last day of the workshop, are included in the workshop fee. If you have a dietary
restriction please list below. We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate all
dietary needs. Please let us know at this time.

Bunk room: ______________________ Bunkroom accommodations provide a mattress pad and pillow, plan to bring your own
towels and sleeping bag (or sheets & blankets). However we will provide bedding
for those staying in the bunkroom who are flying to Vermont and would find it difficult to
carry bedding and towels.
Bedroom in the house: Let us know if you want to book a room in our house. There are only 2
rooms available. Both are air conditioned and furnished with a double bed.
The cost is $40 per night, per room. A cot can be added if you wish to
share a room with another participant. There is no charge for tent sites
or the studio bunkroom, which has 3 sleeping platforms
