New Zealand Potter Brian Gartside graced our 28th annual Potters Pot Luck dinner with an afternoon workshop on Paper Clay and demonstrated his concepts for transferring images to the surface of pots. Bob & Brian standing in the new kiln that was still under construction. Brian commented that it  was " too lovely to fire" , but we are sure that age will only make it more beautiful.

 

 

Over 40 potters came for the demonstration and lecture. Brian has publish over a dozen articles on glazes and is a true "kiwi" in that he likes to keep thing simple and economical.
