Celadon Glaze
Celadon is an ancient glaze in which a small amount iron is used as
a colorant.
These glazes are usually transparent and vary in color from light
gray to deep green.
Celadon glazes are frequently used over incised surfaces,
where the glaze can pool and exhibit a darker color.

Forms
Robert’s pottery focuses on form and process rather than decoration.
He feels a strong but simple form, offers as much to the eye as
painted patterns. This belief results in pieces which are thrown
and then altered.
