The Salt Kiln is small in size but allows for quick firings
and fast turnover, important at the Watershed where the sessions are only two
weeks long. |

The Watershed had been a brick factory until the late 20th
century. This bee hive kiln is about all that remains of those days,
located in the "Factory"
where the bricks were produced, is the summer studio area for all the
watershed activities. |

Entrance door to Bee Hive, this kiln had not received much
use before the operation shut down and the condition of the kiln reflects
its light usage. |
