Hamilton Anagama
 New Zealand

This photo was taken in 2002 while Robert & Christine were in New Zealand.

Noel Plowman,  president of the Hamilton Potters Guild, took them to see this kiln at the home of a friend.

The owner of the property, happens to be a hobby potter.

The kiln was on the property when he purchased the house.  He knew nothing about the kiln, how it worked, who built it, or when it was constructed.

Wouldn't you love to buy a home and have this kiln included for no extra cost?

Round chimneys are something that Robert and Christine saw with more frequency in New Zealand, than in any other country they have visited.
