Bee Hive kiln used for firing bricks, at the 19th Century, Lorton Prison
in Lorton, VA on the Occoquan River.
Convicts made the bricks of which their prison was constructed.

 

 

Robert & Christine's travels have led them to visit hundreds of potters studios.
